Business Development Specialist

At Vestel Holland B.V., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to drive the growth of our EV charging solutions in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key players in the Italian EV charging market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, and energy providers.
- Build a robust sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
- Experience within the EV charging, renewable energy, or automotive industries is a must.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the Southern Europe market, including regulatory environment, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
