Job Title: Business Developer

At Vestel Holland B.V., we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to drive the growth of our EV charging solutions in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and key players in the Italian EV charging market.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships with local businesses, municipalities, and energy providers.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and manage the end-to-end sales process.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Experience within the EV charging, renewable energy, or automotive industries is a must.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Southern Europe market, including regulatory environment, customer segments, and competitive landscape.
