About the Job

We are seeking a talented Business Development Specialist to join our team at ION Group. As a key member of our Leadership Development Program, you will have the opportunity to accelerate your career and gain hands-on experience in supporting trading and workflow automation solutions, as well as data processing and business intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support trading and workflow automation solutions
  • Gain experience in data processing and business intelligence
  • Participate in job rotations, coaching, training sessions, and mentoring
  • Develop excellent team working and collaboration skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or master's numerate degree
  • Above-average grades
  • Good level of written and spoken English (B2)
  • Excellent team working and collaboration skills
  • Availability to work full-time and willingness to travel
  • Italian residency or relocation to Italy
