As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business development and growth by building strategic partnerships with large companies in Telco, Utilities, Retail, Insurance, and other key industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new commercial opportunities and strengthen strategic relationships in the Enterprise segment.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and first contact to contract signing.
  • Engage with top management (C-level executives) of target companies, understanding their needs and offering innovative solutions that generate value.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Sales Manager / Business Development professional in the B2B Enterprise sector.
  • Proven track record in selling technology and digital solutions to large enterprises, preferably in Telco, Utilities, Retail, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing C-level clients (CEO, CFO, CIO, COO, CDO), with a consultative and strategic approach.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
