Main Opportunities and Challenges

Dana Incorporated is a global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies. We are seeking an EHS Manager to join our team and lead our environmental, health, and safety initiatives.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with national regulations and Group requirements, and for developing and implementing effective EHS management systems. This will involve analyzing the conformity of our sites with EHS standards, identifying and mitigating risks, and implementing corrective actions.

The EHS Manager will also be responsible for planning, budgeting, and monitoring EHS improvement actions, and for developing and disseminating EHS competencies among managers and employees. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for training personnel on emergency response procedures and for facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders on EHS issues.

Job Position Requirements

Education: University bachelor degree in scientific fields (Engineering, Prevention, Hygiene)

Professional background:

  • Complex metal-mechanical companies with plant and corporate structures
  • International companies with multiple plants
  • At least 5 years of experience as an RSPP/EHS Manager in complex realities

Hard skills:

Essential:

  • Professional experience of at least 5/7 years in EHS in industrial contexts
  • Excellent knowledge of health and safety at work legislation and environmental regulations
  • Knowledge of voluntary standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Holder of a RSPP qualification
  • Excellent proficiency in the MS Office package
  • Good knowledge of English
