Siamo alla ricerca di un Project Manager esperto per unincorporare nuove tecnologie e migliorare le operazioni della nostra azienda di consulenza e servizi IT, la Hunters Group.

Responsabilità Principali
  • Pianificazione e Gestione dei Progetti: definire gli obiettivi, pianificare e coordinare le attività di progetto, allocare le risorse e gestire i rischi.
  • Collaborazione con gli Stakeholder: lavorare con gli stakeholder interni ed esterni per definire i requisiti del progetto e garantire il loro allineamento con le best practice di ServiceNow.
  • Gestione del Team di Progetto: guidare, supportare e supervisionare il team di progetto durante tutte le fasi del progetto.
  • Monitoraggio e Controllo del Progresso: monitorare e controllare il progresso del progetto, identificare eventuali deviazioni dal piano e adottare le misure correttive necessarie.
  • Comunicazione Efficace: comunicare in modo efficace con il team di progetto, gli stakeholder e i clienti, fornendo aggiornamenti regolari sullo stato del progetto e affrontando tempestivamente eventuali problemi o preoccupazioni.
  • Collaborazione con i Team Tecnici: lavorare con i team tecnici per garantire un'implementazione efficace e conforme alle specifiche del progetto.
  • Formazione e Supporto: fornire formazione e supporto al personale dell'organizzazione per facilitare un'adozione efficace della piattaforma ServiceNow.
  • Gestione della Transizione Post-Implementazione: gestire il processo di transizione post-implementazione, garantendo un passaggio senza problemi alla fase di operatività.
  • Documentazione e Condivisione delle Lezioni Apprese: documentare e condividere le lezioni apprese e le best practice al termine del progetto per facilitare il miglioramento continuo.
Caratteristiche Richieste
  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale o Correlate.
  • Esperienza Comprovata nella Gestione di Progetti di Implementazione, Migrazione o Sviluppo su ServiceNow.
  • Certificazione ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Conoscenza Approfondita della Piattaforma ServiceNow e dei suoi Moduli Principali.
  • Competenze di Leadership e Capacità di Gestire con Successo Team di Progetto.
  • Eccellenti Capacità di Comunicazione, sia Verbale che Scritta.
  • Capacità di Lavorare in Modo Autonomo e di Gestire Simultaneamente più Progetti.
  • Esperienza nell'Industria IT o dei Servizi IT.
