Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Coordinator to join our team in Latina, Italy. As a key member of our Crop Science division, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, customers, and the communities we serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with corporate and local regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards and risks.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Network with other sites in the region to share best practices and improve HSE performance.
- Participate in regional networks and contribute to regional or sub-regional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, agronomy, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HSE, auditing, and training.
- Certified Management Systems knowledge (ISO/OHSAS) is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivation, agile mindset, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
- Excellent knowledge of English and Italian.
