We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Operations Specialist to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or bachelor/master student to gain hands-on experience in procurement operations and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily procurement activities, including vendor management and contract administration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to drive cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve procurement-related issues.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform procurement decisions.
  • Develop and maintain procurement reports and metrics to track performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with procurement software and systems.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
