We are Art Cosmetics, a leading Italian B2B contract manufacturer in the color cosmetics industry. Our role on the global market is to deliver innovation, supporting our creativity with sound technical and scientific expertise.

Our company is committed to implementing our HSE & ESG strategy, and we are seeking an ESG Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with ESG regulations, deploying the CSRD roadmap, and measuring our Carbon Footprint. They will also develop LCA initiatives and support our decarbonization strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with ESG regulations and consistency of related reporting
  • Deploying the CSRD roadmap for ESG data working cross-functionally
  • Measuring the Carbon Footprint (GHG Protocol)
  • Developing LCA initiatives
  • Supporting decarbonization strategies and monitoring implementation
  • Supporting the HSE & ESG team in implementing and maintaining HSE & ESG Management Systems
  • Requiring a Bachelor's degree as a minimum and at least 1 year of experience in ESG-related activities
  • Strong experience in data analysis, MS Office (Excel)
  • Advanced knowledge of Carbon accounting and ESG reporting
  • Good knowledge of LCA analysis
  • Passionate and curious about ESG
  • Team working attitude and strong communication skills
  • Good organizational skills in autonomy, proactivity
