About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Energy Coordinator to join our team at Randstad. As an Energy Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of energy systems at our venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Energy System Monitoring: Support the monitoring of the implementation of legacy projects developed by venue owners/actuators and define executive overlay projects.
  • Venue Energy Focus: Serve as the venue focus point for energy activities, working closely with EVM Venue Manager, NRG Cluster Manager, and interested FAs.
  • Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with Venue Energy Contractors and develop a specific induction program.
  • Temporary Power Systems: Coordinate the installation, operation, and dismantling of Temporary Power Systems (energy overlay facilities).
  • Electrical Distribution: Manage electrical in-venue distribution grids during Games Time and oversee contractors' workforce activities.
  • Meeting Coordination: Plan, participate in, and report on all meetings related to the preparation of IOC/OBS documents for the reference cluster.
  • Energy Supply Planning: Develop the Venue's Energy Supply Requirements (NRG) and plan the delivery of energy supply services according to OCOG Risk Management Policies.
  • Test Events Support: Support the delivery of energy supply services for Test Events, ensuring compliance with NRG.
  • Power Installation Verification: Verify the completion of all MV and LV Power installations and operational testing for both competition and non-competition venues.
  • Power Systems Bump-out: Collaborate in the preparation of Detailed Design Documents and Specifications per Venue.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in energy management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
