About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Milano. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business results through strategic talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive People and Culture strategy that aligns with the hotel's business objectives
  • Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Drive employee engagement and retention through effective communication, recognition, and rewards programs
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify and address talent gaps and develop solutions to improve employee performance
