About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join our team at Four Seasons Milan. This role will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of our People and Culture strategy, with a focus on talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of our People and Culture strategy
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees on talent management, learning and development, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve employee experiences
- Conduct regular audits of People and Culture records and programs
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
- Provide support for recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
