People & Culture Business Partner for Retail Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled People & Culture Business Partner to join our HR team in Milan, Italy. As a key business partner, you will work closely with our Retail Managers and Corporate stakeholders to drive business success through effective talent management and organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on Retail, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing the hiring process, contract definition and management, legal compliance, and disciplinary management across all countries of responsibility.
Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HRIS for relevant areas of responsibility, identifying and evaluating key performers and talented employees, and ensuring timely and accurate closing of every month. The role requires a strong understanding of people, competences, performances, and relevant actions to be planned.
We are looking for a proactive and problem-solving individual who can work within a global organization with a virtual and face-to-face work environment. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor or Master Degree in HR and a minimum of 5 years of experience in a multinational company as an HR Business Partner.
