Job SummaryWe're seeking a seasoned People and Culture Specialist to drive conversations with stakeholders, challenge the status quo, and support business stakeholders in managing team reorganization and core HR processes. If you have a proven track record of using data to influence business decisions and a strong knowledge of Italian employment legislation, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Advisory and business partnering: provide effective advice and support to key business stakeholders and senior management.
- Project management: own and deliver projects to drive progress towards business goals.
- Policy implementation: engage and coordinate with stakeholders on data collection and policy implementation.
- Employee relations: resolve high-level employee issues, including grievances, appeals, and complex disciplinary issues.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a People Partner/HR Business Partner role in a global, fast-paced, and customer-driven environment.
- Ability to drive conversations with stakeholders and challenge the status quo, supported by analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record of supporting business stakeholders in managing team reorganization and core HR processes.
- Strong data-driven background, using data and evidence to influence business decisions.
- Extensive knowledge of Italian employment legislation and its practical application, preferably in a digital and/or insurance/banking environment.
- Experience in addressing, managing, and resolving employees' disciplinary issues in partnership with business stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of either the CCNL Commercio or CCNL ANIA is mandatory.
- Advanced proficiency in both verbal and written English and Italian.
- High proficiency in Google Suite applications and confidence in data management and reporting using complex functions on Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience managing trade unions and being the contact person for requests, negotiation, and managing ongoing relationships is a plus.
