About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Business Solutions Analyst to join our team at Alpitronic America Inc. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and innovation through the effective analysis and implementation of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and Analyze Business Requirements: Conduct thorough evaluations of business needs and develop comprehensive analysis reports to inform IT system development and implementation.
  • Develop and Implement IT Systems: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement IT systems that meet business requirements and drive process improvements.
  • Lead Business Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategic plans to optimize business processes, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and Maintain Documentation: Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, business processes, and technical requirements.
  • Communicate Effectively: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT systems analysis, development, and implementation.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in relevant IT systems and tools.
