Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Consultant Intern to join our Procurement department in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing strategic consulting projects for our global corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage hotel programs for clients, including strategy definition, hotel procurement, and continuous hotel program management
  • Conduct analyses and derive insights from client data and extensive HRS global benchmark data to identify hotel spend optimization potential
  • Manage sourcing projects with client team members and consultant peers across the world
  • Collaborate with our global procurement and sales organization
Requirements
  • Education background in Business Management or similar
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills and a passion for translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Organizational skills and ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Curious mindset and ability to think outside the box
  • Innovative individual with a problem-solving approach
  • Fluency in English spoken and written (other European languages are a plus)
