Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an HR Coordinator. This is a 1-year temporary position with the possibility for an extension.

Key Qualifications
  • MSc in Social Science, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least 3-4 years of working experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
About the Department

You will be joining a newly established and growing area in our company, responsible for designing, planning, and building all major fill & finish expansion projects across Novo Nordisk to meet the needs of millions of patients.
