Job Title: People & Culture Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People & Culture Coordinator to join our team at Mama Shelter. As a key member of our HR operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration and personnel management of our 100-strong team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support department managers in recruiting, onboarding, and daily HR functions.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for all employees, addressing concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
