We're looking for a talented People Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us shape the future of payments in Europe.

Role Overview

As a People Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing and updating our HR Information System (HRIS) with employee information, handling the full employee life cycle, participating in payroll, developing and enforcing HR policies, improving HR processes, leading HR technology projects, managing HR analytics, and serving as the primary contact for HR-related issues.

You'll be part of our HR Team and will support the Satispay Group.

Your Mission
  1. HRIS Management: Ensure accurate and high-quality data entry for new hires, terminations, sick leaves, vacations, and days off.
  2. Employee Life Cycle: Handle onboarding to offboarding processes, including drafting contracts, and managing employment changes, promotions, and terminations.
  3. HR Policy Development: Create, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and regulations.
  4. HR Innovation and Analytics: Implement new technologies, drive HR projects, manage HR analytics, create KPI dashboards, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Your Ideal Profile

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Proven HR experience, preferably in an international context, with a base knowledge of CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria and CCNL Commercio.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages; knowledge of French, Spanish, or other European languages is a plus.
  • A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
  • Experience in implementing new HR systems and driving their continuous improvement, and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
