Job Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate payroll activities, including administrative processes for hiring and termination, salaries, contributions, and managing relationships with relevant institutions.
- Manage individual employment relationships, applying the national collective labor agreement (CCNL) and individual agreements.
- Oversee Comp&Ben programs, such as the salary review process, MBO, and welfare, ensuring their competitiveness and alignment with company policies.
- Ensure the continuous updating of Company Group policies in line with the company's evolution.
- Deal with the HSE Function all HR matters related to health and safety in the workplace.
- 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in managing compensation and benefits processes.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
- Ability to develop clear and compliant company policies.
- Proficiency in analyzing data to generate reports based on trends, patterns, and other insights.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Team management skills.
- Ability to complete tasks accurately, demonstrating strong attention to detail.
- Precision and willingness to work in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
Location: Casalecchio di Reno (BO) / Imola / Milan with flexible work arrangements.
