HR Operations Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of new HRIS modules and improve existing ones.
- Run reports to pursue data cleansing efforts and update other databases.
- Harmonize and integrate HR data management processes.
- Reconcile data errors and ensure high data quality.
- Liaise with HR Business Partners and HR Administration.
- Streamline and improve current HRIS processes.
- Be the go-to person for Workday in the company, training the HR community and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience working in a matrix-based organization structure.
- Master's degree in Business Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or another related discipline.
- Basic knowledge of Employee data and SAP reporting.
- Analytical skills, ability to think strategically, and rapidly analyze, interpret, and integrate data information from multiple sources.
- Experience in data curation, data acquisition, cleaning, and management, data interpretation and analysis, and data presentation and communication.
- Expert user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Cultural openness and availability to frequent travels across Europe.
- Fluency in Italian, English, and French.
