Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Client Success Manager. This role is crucial to ensuring the satisfaction of our clients, particularly those in the Italian market, while supporting international business growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. They should possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with a minimum B2 level proficiency in Italian and English.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement onboarding plans, including training and support materials
  • Ensure a smooth and efficient transition for new clients

Qualifications and Skills:

Language Proficiency: Italian and English (minimum B2 level)

Experience: Proven experience in customer success, account management, or a related field

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in CRM and project management tools

Ability to read and analyze marketing channel performance (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and interpret relevant metrics

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with at least a basic understanding of advertising communication

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively

Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision

Adaptability: Capacity to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Willingness to Travel: Availability for frequent travel
