The selected candidate will report to the Corporate Business Manager and be responsible for developing and positioning Synergie in the Food&FMCG segment. Key responsibilities include:
Commercial Activities- Direct commercial activities with target clients, negotiation and complex strategic negotiations for business development.
- Monitoring and pursuing revenue and margin objectives, verifying and monitoring their feasibility, defining times and methods.

- Collaborating with the Synergie network and divisions to achieve cross-selling goals.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Recruitment Agency sector or alternative knowledge of the Food, consumer goods, and fast-moving consumer goods market.
- Complex negotiation and contract management skills.
- Leadership, complex problem-solving, assertiveness, and good interpersonal skills.
- Availability for travel and mobility throughout the national territory.
- Indefinite contract.
