A prominent global technology vendor is collaborating with GRS Recruitment to find a Renewals Officer. This role offers the opportunity to work in a diverse and international setting, ideal for individuals with a vibrant personality seeking a long-term career in a well-established organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Engage with key accounts within the company's Outsourced Market region.
- Oversee all renewal prospects by utilizing the company's channel partners or addressing them directly when necessary.
- Continuously seek opportunities for license up-sell and cross-sell, collaborating with Field and/or Partner Sales to develop these leads.
- Proactively encourage customer transitions to Subscription models, leveraging partner and technical resources.
- Provide analytical and administrative support to customers and partners throughout the renewal process.
- Assist in formulating sales strategies for named accounts, focusing on cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Articulate the value of upgrades and renewals to maximize returns on the company's offerings.
- Track and manage all sales stages related to renewal opportunities.
- Generate necessary quotes for Subscription, Appliance Maintenance, Software Maintenance, and Support contracts.
- Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate closing sales.
- Utilize CRM systems and other applications to optimize and manage opportunities effectively.
- Produce reports as required by management.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sales or renewals within the IT sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative team player with an outgoing demeanor.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
