A well-established global technology vendor is seeking a Renewals Officer to enhance their operations. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, multinational environment, providing international exposure to the right candidate.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts within the company's Outsourced Market region.
- Oversee all renewal opportunities, utilizing channel partners or direct engagement as necessary.
- Consistently identify license up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, collaborating with Field and/or Partner Sales to develop these leads.
- Proactively encourage customer transitions to Subscription models, leveraging partnerships and technical resources.
- Deliver analytical and administrative support to customers and partners throughout the renewal process.
- Assist in developing account sales strategies for named and focus accounts, identifying potential cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
- Communicate the value proposition of upgrades and renewals to optimize returns on the company's offerings.
- Track and manage all sales stages related to renewal opportunities.
- Generate necessary quotes for Subscription, Appliance Maintenance, Software Maintenance, and Support contracts.
- Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate sales closures.
- Utilize CRM systems and relevant applications to manage opportunities and monitor sales stages.
- Produce reports as required by management.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital sales or renewals within the IT sector is preferred.
- Proficiency in both Greek and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
