Il nostro cliente, Synergie Italia Divisione Permanent Lazio, sta cercando un professionista di alto livello per ricoprire il ruolo di Marketing Manager Senior presso il suo prestigioso Hotel a Roma Sud.

La risorsa selezionata collaborerà attivamente con il dipartimento Sales e Mice per pianificare, sviluppare e implementare la strategia di marketing dell'hotel, sia dal punto di vista commerciale che tecnico.

Il ruolo prevede la supervisione delle attività pubblicitarie e promozionali dell'hotel, inclusi i canali digitali, cartacei e social media.

Le responsabilità principali includono:

  • Gestione del sito web dell'hotel
  • Marketing digitale, inclusi SEO e SEA
  • Creazione di contenuti
  • Gestione della reputazione online (ORM)
  • Addestramento dei manager operativi sulla politica ORM
  • Merchandising e Gifting
  • Partenariati locali con attività di Pubbliche relazioni

Il candidato ideale possiederà una laurea in Marketing, Pubbliche Relazioni, Affari o correlati principali, e almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore del marketing, digitale o professionale correlato.

La conoscenza degli strumenti e delle tecniche di marketing digitale, inclusi i social media, SEO/ SEM e l'email marketing, è fondamentale per questo ruolo.

La comunicazione e le capacità interpersonali sono altresì essenziali per la gestione di un team di professionisti.

La sede di lavoro sarà a Roma Sud.
