We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Milano Lombardia, Italy. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Retail, Travel Retail, and Gas Station accounts in your designated geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales of Red Bull products.
  • Manage and cultivate good relationships with customers to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage ethnic points of sale.
  • Work autonomously in a field-based environment, with a high level of travel required (70-80%).
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to achieve Red Bull Perfect Store elements, including availability, visibility, and additional placements.
Requirements:
  • Growth mindset and proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work comfortably in a field-based environment.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Experience in FMCG is a plus.
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
