Job Description

The Position

The Italy KETL team is responsible for overseeing the identification, acquisition, utilization, and dissemination of legal knowledge and expertise within the Firm.

The team primarily handles:

Educational programs (regular seminars, orientation sessions, and training events for internal Fee Earners and clients); Library management, database support, and research assistance; Gathering and distributing updates on legislation, news, and guidelines from sector authorities; Compilation of legal precedents and production and revision of templates.

Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with and assist all our practice areas (Corporate M&A, Global Financial Markets, Litigation & Dispute Resolution, and Tax, Pensions & Employment) through legal research activities or by serving as a resource in the library (assisting with X-lege consultations, aiding in searches for collections, etc.).

This role will enable you to cultivate exceptional organizational skills while enhancing your research capabilities.

Qualifications

Your Background

You are ideally in your fourth or early fifth year of university, possessing an excellent academic record and a strong command of the English language. You have a keen interest in exploring and engaging with an international law firm, aiming to deepen your understanding of various practices within the firm to identify your future career interests. You are a proactive individual as well as a collaborative team member with robust communication, analytical, and drafting skills, capable of managing multiple workstreams. Company Description
