Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional interactions between Commercial, Business Units, and Finance.
- Support the Business Unit Director in delivering sales forecasting, identifying key drivers and assumptions, and execute modeling/forecasting as required.
- Provide consistent, timely, and accurate sales reporting, using systems to efficiently track revenue across countries.
- Lead Iqvia data, Market research data, and competitors' performance data.
- Coordinate effective communication with the sales leads, local HR, and International Commercial operations Lead.
- Responsible for the delivery and management of operational tasks and processes, including CRM Veeva.
- Drive continuous improvements, collaborating with Sales and Marketing.
- Project manage local and international projects (CRM, BI, Master Data Management).
- Manage tools and processes for reporting of Sales and Marketing analytics, trend analysis, and customer account plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in business.
- 7+ years of proven experience.
- Experience with Veeva CRM, BI, Qlik sense.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal communication.
