About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for coordinating the repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment across our facilities.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Lead maintenance teams to perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades of equipment and machinery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
- Manage maintenance budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of assets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts and services.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure maintenance effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or engineering role.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
