Job Title: Senior Azure Sales Specialist

Microsoft is seeking a highly skilled Senior Azure Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving the adoption and growth of Microsoft's Azure cloud platform and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to understand their business needs and identify opportunities to drive cloud adoption and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and services to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Strong sales background with several years of experience in technology-related sales.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
  • Understanding of partner ecosystems and ability to leverage partner solutions to solve customer needs.
  • Executive maturity, presence, and experience in building trust with business decision-makers.
  • Ability to drive digital transformation in a highly competitive environment.
