At QJMOTOR Italy, we are seeking a highly skilled Automotive After-Sales Field Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellence in after-sales operations, supporting and monitoring the performance of our dealer network and assistance centers, with the aim of maximizing customer satisfaction and business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Network Management: Monitor dealer performance in terms of service quality, customer satisfaction, and sales objectives for after-sales services (maintenance, spare parts, service contracts).
  • Operational Support: Analyze processes and define strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality of service in assistance centers.
  • Training and Development: Organize and implement training programs for dealers' technical and administrative staff.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to post-sales, providing regular reporting and proposing actions to achieve company objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Interface between the dealer network and the company, promoting effective communication and optimal collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in similar roles in the automotive sector.
  • Technical Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of mechanics/electronics and diagnosis applied to motorcycles, as well as after-sales processes and management of the assistance network.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data, with advanced use of tools such as Excel or specific management software.
  • Relational Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with external partners.
  • Travel Availability: The role requires travel within the assigned territory.
  • Languages: Good knowledge of English is mandatory.
