Job Description
The Aftersales Field Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellence in after-sales operations, supporting and monitoring the performance of the dealer network and assistance centers. Key responsibilities include:
- Management of the assistance network: monitoring dealer performance in terms of service quality, customer satisfaction, and sales objectives of after-sales services (maintenance, spare parts, service contracts).
- Operational support: analysis of processes and definition of strategies to improve operational efficiency and quality of service in assistance centers.
- Training and development: organization and implementation of training programs for dealers' technical and administrative staff.
- Data analysis: monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to post-sales, with regular reporting and proposals for action to achieve company objectives.
- Relationship management: interface between the dealer network and the company, promoting effective communication and optimal collaboration.

Requirements
- Experience: at least 10 years in similar roles in the automotive sector.
- Candidates with experience in the motorcycle industry will be given priority.
- Technical knowledge: excellent knowledge of mechanics/electronics and diagnosis applied to the motorcycle, of after-sales processes, and management of the assistance network.
- Analytical skills: ability to analyze and interpret data, with advanced use of tools such as Excel or specific management software.
- Relational skills: excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills with external partners.
- Availability to travel: the role requires travel within the assigned territory.
- Languages: good knowledge of English is mandatory.
