Dopo l'acquisizione della commessa, lavorerà con il team di esecuzione del progetto per garantire che la soluzione sia implementata in modo efficace, soddisfacendo gli standard di qualità e le aspettative del cliente.
Compiti Principali- Collaborare con il team di vendita per comprendere le esigenze del cliente e sviluppare progetti di sistema personalizzati, approfondendo aspetti tecnici necessari;
- Preparare proposte tecniche complete, comprese le analisi dei costi e gli studi di fattibilità;
- Verificare la completezza dei documenti ricevuti relativi alle specifiche tecniche analizzate;
- Pianificare e coordinare il flusso di lavoro in collaborazione con gli altri dipartimenti coinvolti nel progetto;
- Monitorare l'avanzamento del progetto e apportare le modifiche necessarie alla progettazione garantendo il rispetto delle tempistiche previste;
- Raccogliere feedback dai progetti completati per identificare le aree di miglioramento nella progettazione e nei processi futuri;
- Garantire che tutte le soluzioni soddisfino gli standard di qualità concordati e le specifiche del cliente;
- Condurre i controlli e i test finali del sistema prima di consegnare il progetto al cliente;
- Mantenere una comunicazione costante con il cliente durante tutto il progetto.
Il candidato ideale per ricoprire il ruolo dovrà essere in possesso delle seguenti caratteristiche:
- Laurea in ingegneria meccanica, elettronica, meccatronica o discipline affini;
- Comprovata esperienza nel settore packaging, dei macchinari per la movimentazione automatica, nastri e rulli trasportatori;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata per contatto quotidiano con clienti (prevalentemente esteri);
- Conoscenza degli standard di qualità e dei requisiti di conformità;
- Conoscenza flussi di lavoro per commessa;
- Capacità analisi tecnica e studi fattibilità;
- Capacità analisi costi;
- Disponibilità ad effettuare occasionali trasferte presso le sedi estere dei clienti.
