Operations Talent Program: Accelerate Your Career

The Operations Talent Program is a graduate program designed for high-potential new graduates to accelerate their growth towards dynamic career opportunities within EssilorLuxottica's Global Operations.
Program StructureThe program is structured into three main components:
- Operations Functions: You will be assigned to one of the Operations Functions (such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, R&D, Sourcing, Quality, New Product Introduction) from day-1.
- Training and Development: You will undergo a comprehensive training path on different topics, including a six-month Academy program, a top-notch European Business School program, and an individual Project Work.
- Job Rotation: After one year, you will have a job rotation within the same function, which will give you the chance to expand your vision and learn from different areas.
To be eligible for the program, you must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a degree in STEM fields (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or Economics, acquired in the last year or graduation within 2024.
- Have a maximum of 1 year of working experience after obtaining a Master's Degree.
- Be fluent in English and have gained significant intercultural experience by working or studying abroad for at least 4 continuous months.
- Be available to start the program from November 2024.
- Be eligible to work in the Country where you are applying without requiring a visa sponsorship.

If your profile meets the eligibility criteria, you'll be invited to complete an online individual assessment that evaluates various elements of your personality, cognitive abilities, and command of English (if not native). Successful applicants will proceed to an online interview with our Talent Acquisition experts. Advancing further, you'll participate in an online group assessment, working on a real business case. Top performers will then meet our business leaders, first virtually and then on-site, for a challenging final round.
