EcoWater Systems Italia S.R.L - Technical Sales Representative
About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our water softeners and filtration systems to our customers in the tertiary sector.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the assigned territory in Italy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and customer visits/prospection.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to customers on our range of water softeners and drinking water filtration systems.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and capabilities of EcoWater Systems' products.
  • Organize open-day demonstrations and technical trainings directly in stores or in other dedicated locations.
  • Develop and implement long-term plans with assigned customers addressing topics such as growth and quality value.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to remain competitive in the market.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required by management.
  • Report any new potential business streams such as customers, products, or services.


Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong energy, perseverance, and determination to achieve the set goals. You must also have the following:



  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in the water treatment or HVAC-related industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the ability to convey technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth with a focus on sell-out.
  • Strong energetic personality, self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and proactivity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable using IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Good command of English (participation in European meetings and video calls is required).

Location and Commitments

This is a permanent full-time role, home-based in central Italy (preferably Toscana-Lazio), with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel (80% of the time) within the assigned territory.
