We are seeking a proactive Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, analyzing demand forecasts, and ensuring that data is accurate and up-to-date to support operational decisions. This position requires collaboration with various teams, including supply chain, logistics, and sales, to optimize inventory management and streamline processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements in inventory and supply chain processes based on data analysis.
  • Create reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track inventory performance, supply chain efficiency, and demand accuracy.
  • Work closely with purchasing, production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure alignment on inventory levels and demand forecasts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in inventory management, demand planning, or data analysis, preferably in the luxury or retail sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
