Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Logistics Sales Expert to join our team in Verona. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting our Sales Team, with a particular emphasis on the Italian market.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate strong relationships with international customers, with a focus on Spanish-speaking clients.
- Prepare and deliver proposals to our clients, addressing their unique needs and requirements.
- Advise customers on intermodal transport guidelines, policies, and procedures, ensuring seamless logistics solutions.
- Communicate effectively with Customer Care & Sales Managers to identify new sales opportunities and cross-selling possibilities.
- Generate new sales leads and collaborate closely with your sales manager to pursue them effectively.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma in business administration, marketing, technical studies, tourism, languages, or logistics.
- Previous experience in the transportation/logistics industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in both English and Italian.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in preparing proposals and addressing customer inquiries.
