Operations Assistant – Facilities Management

As an Operations Assistant – Facilities Management, you will be part of the Operations department at BCG Milan Office, supporting the Building Team under the responsibility of the EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) Operations Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Building Team in daily operational activities for space utilization and service level achievement;
- Collaborate with the Operations Team on new Office and Building implementation procedures;
- Contribute to the implementation of innovative solutions within buildings;
- Manage daily tasks related to supplier management, including in-site inspections and communication flow;
- Support the canteen service team in managing suppliers for daily surveys, meal counts, and expense checks.
REQUIREMENTS
- Ongoing or completed educational path in Architecture or a related field;
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian language skills;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Analytical approach combined with a positive and cooperative attitude;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with wider teams;
- Office presence is required;
- Adaptability and interest in managing diverse tasks across departments and topics.
