Join Our Team
BV Italia SRL is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in our Venezia, San Marco Store. As a Senior Client Advisor, you will be responsible for advising clients on collections and sharing your passion for the brand to build strong relationships with them and create personalized experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Finalize sales targets achievements in line with Company strategy.
  • Efficiently manage time to accomplish tasks assigned.
  • Represent Bottega Veneta brand image.
  • Create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey.
  • Collect and update client information to ensure efficient use of CRM.
  • Embrace clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends.
  • Work on silhouettes, bring alternative items to get clients to discover more about the collection.
  • Confidently advise clients as to how they can style the pieces.

Requirements:

  • Previous Sales experience of at least 5 years preferably in Fashion & Luxury contexts.
  • Excellent client service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to several types of Clients.
  • Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
  • Good team player.
  • Multitasking, flexible.
  • Capacity to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and able to build a strong and diversified client portfolio.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
