Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our team at SL Luxury Retail S.r.l. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their preferences and tailoring recommendations accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new arrivals and promotions.
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient client experience, from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment.
  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving client issues.
  • Fluency in English and local language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
