About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Advisor to join our team at SL Luxury Retail S.r.l. This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious fashion brand and contribute to the success of our stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service and after-sales support to all visitors and clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Cultivate a robust client portfolio to drive business growth and exceed sales targets
  • Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet client needs and exceed expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with the management team and colleagues to achieve sales and KPI goals
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and efficient client experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in providing high-quality client service in a luxury retail environment
  • Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and current trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Fluency in English and local language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
