We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Advisor - Brand Ambassador to join our dynamic team at B.V. ITALIA S.R.L. in Venezia, San Marco Store.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy, manage time efficiently, and represent the Bottega Veneta brand image.
- Client Experience: Create an engaging and emotional client experience, offering best-in-class service, and collect and update client information for efficient CRM use.
- Styling: Understand luxury, collections, and fashion trends, work on silhouettes, and advise clients on styling pieces.
- Training: Regularly update personal knowledge on Bottega Veneta collections and other relevant information, contribute to in-store inductions, and follow up on specific trainings.
- Store Operations: Maintain stock tidiness, monitor stock deliveries and availabilities, and communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other useful information.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous sales experience of at least 5 years in fashion and luxury contexts.
- Excellent client service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to various client types.
- Excellent communication and empathetic skills.
- Good team player.
- Multitasking and flexibility.
- Capacity to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and build a strong and diversified client portfolio.
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
