Job Title: Project Procurement Coordinator

The Project Procurement Coordinator is a key member of the project team, responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of procurement activities. This role requires strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as a deep understanding of project procurement processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement plans and strategies to meet project objectives
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
  • Manage procurement budgets and track expenses to ensure compliance with project financial plans
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to identify and mitigate procurement risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships
Requirements:
  • Degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the oil and gas industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Fluent English language skills
