Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead our animation projects from budgeting and planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing animation production processes, ensuring high-quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Oversight: Lead and supervise animation projects, ensuring alignment with artistic vision, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Production Managers to coordinate and manage project deliverables.
  • Stakeholder Management: Interface with Co-Producers and Commissioning partners to guarantee project success.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold and enforce high-quality standards for all animation projects.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, inspire, and motivate a team of animation professionals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of +2 years in the role, any present or previous involvement in the animation industry will be considered a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of animation production processes.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
  • Passion for animation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of international animation distribution and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Italian and English, with additional languages being a plus.
