About the RoleThe Global Workplace and Infrastructure (GWI) team is responsible for managing all facilities, from acquisition to operation and disposition. As a member of the GWI team, this position will play a critical role in creating a compelling and productive workplace experience for our employees.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the company's local facility assets to ensure a safe, cost-effective, and productive work environment.
- Plan, design, construct, operate, and maintain equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities.
- Collaborate with the Environmental Health & Safety group to oversee facility-related health, environmental, and safety standards.
- Develop operating and capital budgets and manage to these throughout the fiscal year.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
- Track and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to partner effectively with demanding and highly technical business leaders.
- Leadership and ability to be a player-coach, doing work while also managing teams and providing feedback.
- Ability to solve problems, troubleshoot, and find creative solutions in a dynamic and international environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong working experience as a facilities manager in an industrial multinational company.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of local Fire, Building, Occupancy, Real Estate, and Environmental codes.
- Experience with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, AutoCAD, building controls systems, CMMS, and IWMS systems.
