Job Description

At Blm Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Application Specialist to join our team. As an Application Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the development and sales of systems in our reference division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the technical feasibility of each offer request to ensure it meets the customer's needs.
  • Design and execute demos, testing, and training on our systems to showcase their capabilities.
  • Maintain the order and functionality of our systems and equipment in the showroom and work areas.
Activities
  • Design and organize feasibility analyses, cutting tests, demos, and tests based on customer requests.
  • Execute demos and testing with customers to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Design and execute training activities to educate customers on our systems.
  • Prepare the plant for testing, including assembly and equipment connection activities, in collaboration with the Assembly Department.
  • Process and file documentation produced during these activities, following internal procedures.
  • Support Marketing/Communication activities and participate in fairs and events to showcase our systems.
  • Support Service for testing activities and after-sales support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Participate in product development, suggesting improvements and identifying malfunctions in synergy with the UT department.
Requirements
  • Diploma and/or degree in a technical field, preferably electrical engineering, electronics, or mechatronics.
  • Previous experience in machine tool assembly, wiring, and testing.
  • Professional competence in English (B1/B2 level) to interact with customers and foreign colleagues.
  • Interest and aptitude for tasks requiring patience and accuracy.
  • Propensity for manual skills.
  • Relationship aptitude for constructive and purposeful interactions with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability to travel occasionally.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of other foreign languages at B1/B2 level.
  • Experience in industrial companies that design and build machines or industrial automation systems.
