Overview

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a skilled Healthcare System and Policy Manager for its Milan office. This permanent contract position is part of the Government Affairs, Policy & Patient Engagement Department.

About the Role

The Healthcare System & Policy Manager will be responsible for the Healthcare System & Policy Function, which aims to develop policy strategies in response to the company's needs, taking into account current pharmaceutical governance scenarios. Key responsibilities include analysis of macroeconomic and political-institutional trends, development of predictive market trends in the pharmaceutical industry, and coordination of activities related to the healthcare system and policy function.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

  • Develop policy strategies in response to business needs
  • Analyze macroeconomic and political-institutional trends
  • Develop predictive market trends in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Coordinate activities related to the healthcare system and policy function
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Economics (preferably with a focus on healthcare), Political Sciences, or Management Engineering
  • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare-pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • People management capabilities
  • Ability to establish relationships with senior leaders and relevant stakeholders of the National Healthcare System
