We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager - Amazon E-commerce to join our dynamic team at Cooper Consumer Health. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Italy with the possibility of hybrid work.
About UsCooper Consumer Health is a leading European consumer healthcare player that develops, produces, and distributes a diverse range of OTC (over-the-counter) products with strong brands such as Valdispert, Oenobiol, Excilor, Vitascorbol, Lashilé and many more.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is €55,000-€65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package including lunch tickets, hybrid work arrangements, and opportunities for career evolution.
Job Description- Manage the Italian portfolio of iconic brands on Amazon to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Develop and implement e-Joint Business Plans (e-JBPs) to achieve sales objectives and maintain close contact with internal/external stakeholders.
- Analyze performance metrics and stay up-to-date with trends and changes in Amazon's algorithms, policies, and compliance requirements.
- 1-3 years' experience managing Amazon Seller and Vendor accounts.
- Degree in a relevant field (Bachelor or Master).
- Familiarity with Brand Registry, Seller Central, and Vendor Central, preferably in Healthcare or FMCG industry.
- Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
