Marsh McLennan è alla ricerca di un candidato per la posizione di Senior Claims Advocate / Loss Adjuster con sede a Milano. Questa figura professionale avrà la responsabilità di gestire la preparazione, la valutazione e la negoziazione di sinistri complessi nel settore della Responsabilità Civile Generale, con particolare attenzione ai sinistri Re Call, RCP, Tampering e Ambientali.

Attività principali:

  • Fornire supporto strategico ai clienti per ottimizzare i risultati delle loro richieste di risarcimento.
  • Effettuare un'analisi preliminare e strategica della documentazione relativa ai sinistri.
  • Valutare le responsabilità contrattuali dei terzi coinvolti nell'evento.
  • Gestire le relazioni e le trattative con compagnie assicurative, legali e periti per il recupero dei danni.
  • Preparare, quantificare e negoziare i sinistri assicurativi.

Requisiti:

  • Almeno dieci anni di esperienza nella gestione di sinistri complessi, con richieste di risarcimento superiori a 1 milione di Euro, nel settore della Responsabilità Civile Generale come Consulente o Liquidatore.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Eccellenti capacità relazionali per interagire con clienti, assicuratori e legali.
  • Esperienza comprovata in ambito tecnico-assicurativo, con particolare riferimento a programmi internazionali complessi.
  • Laurea in Giurisprudenza.
