Job Overview

Antal International is seeking a seasoned Cluster Human Resources Director to lead the HR function for our luxury hotels in the Italian region. Reporting to the Director of Operations and Board of Directors, this role will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
  2. Cost Management: Develop and manage personnel costs, including budgeting and forecasting for each hotel in the Group.
  3. HR Strategy: Design and implement HR policies, programs, and initiatives that drive business results, including talent development, engagement, and retention.
  4. Payroll and Administration: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, as well as effective management of administrative processes.
  5. Contract Management: Oversee outstanding contracts and labor relations, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  6. Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting collaboration and empathy across departments.
  7. Business Partnering: Support departmental managers in achieving business objectives, providing HR expertise and guidance as needed.
  8. Recruitment: Participate in recruiting activities, ensuring the attraction and selection of top talent for the organization.
  9. Compliance: Verify and ensure compliance with occupational safety and other legal requirements.
  10. Culture Development: Promote a corporate culture that values collaboration, empathy, and meritocracy, driving employee engagement and retention.
  11. Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ApL and professional partners.
  12. Employee Experience: Organize and develop initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention, driving business success.

Requirements
  • Experience: At least 5-10 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hotels with international settings.
  • Education: Degree in business, law, or psychology.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of English and Italian languages.
  • Coaching: Coaching skills acquired through professional training and developed in structured business settings are highly valued.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and passion for the hospitality and luxury world.
  • EU Passport: Hold a valid EU passport.
